Returns & Refunds Policy

At Diamond Deals Factory, every piece of jewellery is crafted and quality-checked with exceptional care. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All packaging, certificates, and accessories must be returned.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns that show signs of wear, resizing, damage, or removal of tags may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery
  • Engraved items
  • Sale or final clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for jewellery returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
